ALERT: A processing error due to a system update was discovered in relation to codes associated with the glucose monitor and supplies policy. The codes most significantly affected were E0607, A4235, A4253, A4256, A4258 and A4259. You may have received an incorrect denial on claims for these codes submitted with the KS modifier. The error has been corrected and an express adjustment will be implemented to address any claims that were denied incorrectly. You need to take no action. |
