CEDI Enrollment Forms Unavailable

 

The CEDI Enrollment Forms on the CEDI Web site at www.ngscedi.com are currently unavailable.  When submitting the form, the following error message is received:

"An error has occurred during your visit. The page you are attempting to access may not be available at this time. An error report has been issued to our technical team. Click here to return to the home page."

 

CEDI is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
