| Jurisdiction B DMEMAC Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System Enhancement National Government Services is pleased to announce the following enhancement has now been added to the Jurisdiction B DMEMAC IVR system. In order to better serve the supplier community, the Eligibility option of the DME application has been modified to allow the caller to request additional dates of service for a single Medicare number without having to return to the main menu. After reading back eligibility information, the IVR will now prompt the caller to provide another date of service without requiring the caller to re-enter the patient's Medicare information. Suppliers may utilize this new feature by dialing into the IVR system at 1-877-299-7900 and selecting Option 2 for eligibility information. |
