I had an emergency appendectomy two yrs ago so its not that. This is nearly completely centered and radiates to my back. It gets really severe and when I take 150mg of zantac-it aids.

Sweetie, this can be many things–from an adhesion to a perforated bowel.
Please see a physician as soon as you can (preferably tonight). I am not one particular of those panic individuals that yelp :”go to the medical doctor” all the time. But I feel this is truly some thing that should be checked out soon.

I had that anguish a number of times and it was caused by a Gallbladder attack.

It sounds like your gallbladder! Undoubtedly get it checked out immediately! You will nearly certainly get an ultrasound of your abdomen and back… Been there carried out that! Excellent luck!
