Revised Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Guide and Navigational Flow Chart Now Includes the Same and Similar Option National Government Services is pleased to announce that the instructions for utilizing the new same and similar option on the IVR unit have been added to the National Government Services Web site. Suppliers may utilize the same or similar feature by dialing into the IVR at 1-877-299-7900 and selecting option 7.
