| Attention All Suppliers: Additional Documentation Request (ADR) Reminder Suppliers are reminded when submitting documentation to National Government Services in response to an Additional Documentation Request (ADR) letter to please include the copy of the ADR letter with the documentation that is being requested. If the ADR letter is not included with the requested documentation this could possibly delay the processing of the claim or it could result in a claim denial. If a claim denial is received due to not responding to the ADR, the claim must then be appealed in order to further pursue Medicare for reimbursement. Suppliers are encouraged to contact the Provider Contact Center at 1-866-590-6727, Monday â" Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time for additional questions relating to ADRs or to refer to chapter 8 of the Jurisdiction B Supplier Manual. |
