| June 25, 2009 Ask-the-Contractor Teleconference National Government Services, the Jurisdiction B Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC) will conduct an Ask-the-Contractor Teleconference for Medicare fee-for-service DMEPOS suppliers. This call will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 2:00 pm eastern standard time. During this Ask-the-Contractor Teleconference the following information will be provided:Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) updatesMedicare billing updatesMedical policy updatesUpcoming educational opportunitiesGuidance on how to the address the top claim submission denials and rejections The teleconference will consist of a brief Medicare Update presentation followed by a question and answer session. This teleconference will be approximately 1 hour. DMEPOS suppliers are encouraged to sign up for this free educational opportunity. Participants will earn 1 Medicare University credit for attending this session. Additional information will be provided during the teleconference for instructions on how to obtain credit.
