| National Government Services will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009 for Independence Day In observance of Independence Day, the National Government Services offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009. This includes the Provider Contact Center, EDI Help Desk and the CEDI Help Desk. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Unit at 877-299-7900 will remain open that day. The National Government Services offices will reopen on Monday, July 6, 2009 for normal business hours. The following information was sent via the CEDI Listserv and applies to all Electronic Submitters: The CEDI Gateway will be open for trading partners to exchange transactions on Friday, July 3, 2009.DME MAC Reports and electronic remittance advices produced on Thursday, July 2, 2009 will be delivered to the trading partner's CEDI mailbox between Friday, July 3 and Monday, July 6, 2009.All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Friday, July 3, 2009Claims received after on Thursday, July 2, 2009 through on Monday, July 6, 2009 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Monday, July 6, 2009 with a receipt date of Monday, July 6, 2009. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Tuesday, July 7, 2009.Electronic Remittance Advices produced Monday night will be available Tuesday, July 7, 2009.
