July 01, 2009 Therapeutic Shoes - Withdrawal of Policy ArticleA revision of the Therapeutic Shoes for Persons with Diabetes Policy Article was recently released. The effective date was listed as August 1, 2009. That version of the Policy Article is being withdrawn. The current version of the Policy Article which has an effective date of October 1, 2008 remains in effect until a new revised Policy Article is published.
