EDI News: EDI Help Desks will be closed for Christmas holiday and New Year’s Day

 
 
To: All Medicare Part A, Part B, Jurisdiction 13 Part A and B, Jurisdiction B DME MAC and CEDI DME MAC Electronic Submitters  Subject:  National Government Services EDI Help Desk will be closed on December 25 and 26, 2008 and January 1, 2009.  In observance of the Christmas holiday, the National Government Services office will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Friday, December 26, 2008. The Part A, Part B, Jurisdiction 13 Part A and B, and Jurisdiction B DME MAC EDI Help Desks will reopen on Monday, December 29th at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) for normal business hours. The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Monday, December 29th at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours. In observance of New Year's Day, the National Government Services office will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2009.  The Part A, Part B, Jurisdiction 13 Part A and B, and Jurisdiction B DME MAC EDI Help Desks will reopen on Friday, January 2, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.  The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Friday, January 2, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours. Season's Greetings
