EDI News: On hold – the EDI Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Implementation

 
 
The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) implementation is currently on hold National Government Services was scheduled to implement an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) on the EDI Help Desk (1-877-273-4334) in the 3rd quarter of 2008. This project has been put on hold.  National Government Service is working towards developing a new timeline and will provide this information as soon as it becomes available.  When implemented, the EDI IVR will provide electronic submitters the ability to reset EDI passwords automatically without having to wait and speak to an EDI Help Desk Technician.  Further information, including the new timeframe of the EDI IVR availability will be announced through our listserv and Web site (www.NGSMedicare.com
