| National Government Services, the Jurisdiction B Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC) will conduct an Ask-the-Contractor Teleconference on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 2:00 pm (ET). The topic for this teleconference is "Payment and Billing Changes for Oxygen and Oxygen Equipment." The teleconference will consist of a review of the new oxygen payment rules and supplier responsibilities as a result of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 (MIPPA). A question and answer session will immediately follow the presentation. Please register for this event as soon as possible as space is limited.
