CIGNA Government Services Jurisdiction C Provider Contact Center will be closed on Monday, January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. CGS expects to be open for business and taking provider inquiries on Tuesday, January 20th beginning at 7:00 AM Central Time until 5:00 PM Central Time. Please note that the IVR will be available on Monday, January 19th while the call center is closed. The call center will not close for weekly training on Thursday, January 22nd due to the all day closing on January 19th to observe the Federal Holiday.
