| The Jurisdiction B Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC) Provider Outreach and Education (POE) staff will be conducting Medicare 201 seminars throughout the month of May. The Straight Talk with Medicare seminars will be half day sessions and will focus on Oxygen and Oxygen Equipment. These afternoon seminars will be held in each of the seven states within the Jurisdiction B geographical area from May 12, 2009 through May 21, 2009. Topics covered in the Oxygen seminar include: Proper Billing of Oxygen and Oxygen Equipment ClaimsOxygen Coverage CriteriaOxygen and Oxygen Equipment Coding and Documentation RequirementsQuestion and Answer Session Registration for these seminars is available online only. Cost for this session is $25.00 and includes an afternoon snack and materials. The session will run from 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm with registration beginning at 1:00 pm.
