| National Government Services Clinical Provider Outreach and Education Toll Free Line In an effort to provide a single point of contact for provider inquiries, National Government Services Clinical POE will be combining all existing toll free numbers. All provider types from any geographic region will be able to use the same number, eliminating confusion and facilitating your communications. This allows the Clinical POE team to efficiently screen your inquiry and route it to the appropriate subject matter expert. Questions relating to clinical education (local coverage determinations (LCDs)), Medicare coverage, documentation guidelines and other clinical topics) can be forwarded to the following toll free line beginning June 1, 2009.
