| Interactive Voice Response System Computer-Based Training Course is Now Available Medicare University is an educational program designed to provide a broad variety of Medicare information. Now available through Medicare University is the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System computer-based training (CBT) course. The IVR system is a self-service tool that allows users to gain access to necessary claim information to complete their intake and billing processes. The IVR CBT will demonstrate primary features of the IVR system and provide helpful navigational tips.
