CEDI Connectivity Issues

CEDI experienced sporadic connectivity issues today, Friday, August 14, 2009, not allowing submitters to successfully connect to our gateway to receive reports, remittances or claim status reports by way of FTP or Asynchronous communication methods. CEDI Technical Support has resolved this issue and submitters should be able to connect to submit or receive without experiencing any issues.

CEDI apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you continue to have problems, please contact the CEDI Help Desk at 866-311-9184.

Thank you,
