AAHomecare Teleconference: "Qualifications for the Successful Equipment/Service Delivery," August 20, 2009
Randy Schluter, president of DTCP/RenTrain, will provide a review of industry/CMS standards addressing quality delivery actions and documentation, as well as federal guidelines that must be followed when delivering specific types of equipment at the "Qualifications for the Successful Equipment/Service Delivery" teleconference on Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. EDT.
 
This teleconference will also detail the type of individual who can be a successful delivery person and what management must do to make sure that individual becomes an integral part of the HME business. To ensure repeat customers and referrals, quality customer delivery/service is essential for a successful HME business. This session will out­line the expectations and the required regulations and policies/procedures needed for providing excellent equip­ment/service delivery.
