General Updates

NAS Faxing Problems - Contingency Update
NAS has been working with our third party vendor for faxing services and have built a contingency plan to receive faxes from this vendor through another mechanism as of Thursday, August 20, 2009. This work around solution will allow for NAS to receive as many of the faxes as possible that were sent from Monday, Tuesday and up to noon on Wednesday of this week to be received at NAS today, Thursday, August 20, 2009. NAS will continue to receive a daily file with the previous day faxes. There will be a 24 hour delay in NAS receiving these faxes as this is the turnaround time with the third party vendor, until the issue is fixed. The connectivity issue at the third party vendor is still being worked on and is not corrected at this time, however, this remains to high priority to correct this issue as soon as possible. As further updates become available, we will continue to update our Web page and listserv. We continue to thank you for your patience while we continue to work on this issue as our highest priority.
CSI Users
Due to the issues described above, NAS System Security is also currently experiencing issues with receiving faxes sent to the 866-442-6987 fax number. Please be aware that any faxes sent since Monday, August 17, 2009, have been delayed in receipt by NAS, but will be delivered once the issue is resolved.
