General Updates

NAS Faxing Problems Resolved
NAS has confirmed on Sunday, August 23, 2009, that NAS' connectivity with our third party vendor has been restored and NAS is now receiving all inbound and sending all outbound faxes as normal. NAS will continue to work with our third party vendor to proactively look for ways to ensure we don't see issues such as this in the future. We thank you for your patience through this time.
CSI Users
The issues regarding receipt of faxes by NAS System Security have been resolved. Any faxes sent prior to August 24, 2009, have been delivered. Any new faxes sent beginning Monday, August 24, 2009, are being received by System Security.
