Jurisdiction B News: We Need Your Feedback!

We Need Your Feedback! If you use the www.NGSMedicare.com Web site regularly, you know that we survey our users for feedback on how well the site is meeting your needs. We realize how busy you are, and we ve made our survey as brief as possible. We encourage you to take the survey regularly since we are continuously changing our site in an effort to improve your experience. Here are some reasons why we encourage you to complete the Foresee Results survey: We want to give you what you need. Our promise is to provide the best value and unmatched service. You are our most important partners in ensuring Medicare beneficiaries receive the care they deserve. We want to make your job easier and we need you to tell us what s working well and what your challenges are with our Web site. Your feedback helps us prioritize our efforts. If you tell us through the survey that you are having trouble with a specific area of our site, we can focus our efforts on improving that. If you tell us that something is working well, we can use that feedback to help us fix other areas of the site that may not be working so well. Your feedback tells CMS how we re doing. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) looks at these survey results on a regular basis. They want to know how well our Web site meets your needs. CMS also wants to see those satisfaction scores increasing over time—something that we can best achieve by implementing changes based on your responses to these questions. The next time you re prompted to take our Web satisfaction survey, please take a few moments to give us your feedback—good or bad—so we can focus on those improvements that are most important to you. Keep in mind that you don t have to wait for the survey to report an issue with our site. You can utilize the Site Feedback link at the bottom of the Web page at any time.
