CMS Announces Regulatory Revisions Pertinent to Suppliers of DMEPOS
Recently, CMS released Change Request 6282 (CR 6282) announcing regulatory revisions pertinent for suppliers of durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies (DMEPOS). CR 6282 reinforced supplier time frames for submitting developmental information to the NSC for application processing as well as stressed the effective dates of certain type of revocations.

Change in Amount in Controversy for ALJ Hearings and Federal District Court Appeals MLN Matters 6295
