| Provider Contact Center Closed October 12, 2009 The Jurisdiction B DME MAC Customer Care Contact Center (866-590-6727) will utilize Monday, October 12, 2009 (Columbus Day) for training and will not be available to answer phone calls. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) allows for contact centers closures on Federal holidays to conduct training in lieu of answering telephone inquiries. The Contact Center will resume answering telephone inquires on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 for normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (ET). Suppliers will still be able to utilize the Interactive Voice Response system on Monday, October 12, 2009 at 1-877-299-7900. |
