Certificate of Medical Necessity/Durable Medical Equipment Information Form Status Coming Soon to Claim Status Inquiry!

The Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMN) and DME Information Form (DIF) Status inquiry option will be available through Claim Status Inquiry (CSI) October 5, 2009. This option allows CSI‐enrolled suppliers and their authorized billing agents to access CMN/DIF information in the local processing system for specified beneficiaries. A guide has been created to assist CSI-enrolled users with understanding the new screens.
