| To: All Medicare Part A, Part B, Jurisdiction 13 Part A and B, Jurisdiction B DME MAC and CEDI DME MAC Electronic Submitters In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the National Government Services office will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2009.Part A providers: The Part A EDI Gateway will be open to accept and process claim files.LEVEL I and LEVEL II REPORTS will be available for download on Monday, January 20, 2009 if a claim file is transmitted before 4:45 pm ET on Friday, January 16, 2009 through Monday, January 19, 2009 prior to 4:45 pm ET. Electronic Remittance Advices will be available on Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Normal processing for Part A submitters will begin on Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Part B providers: The Part B EDI Gateway will be open to accept and process claim files. LEVEL I REPORTS will be available for download on Monday, January 19, 2009. LEVEL II REPORTS will be available for download on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 if a claim file is transmitted before 4:45 pm ET on Friday, January 16, 2009 through Monday, January 19, 2009 prior to 4:45 pm ET. -Or- will be available for download on Thursday, January 22, 2009 if a claim file is transmitted on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 before 4:45 pm ET. DME MAC suppliers: The CEDI Gateway will be open for Trading Partners to exchange transactions. DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, January 16, 2009 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox between Saturday, January 17th and Monday January 19, 2009. Jurisdictions A and B will observe Monday, January 19, 2009 as a holiday. Claim cycles will not run. Jurisdictions A and B claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Friday January 16, 2009 through 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday January 20, 2009 will be delivered to Jurisdictions A and B on Tuesday January 20, 2009 with a receipt date of Tuesday, January 20, 2009. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Electronic Remittance Advices produced Tuesday night will be available Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Jurisdictions C and D will process claims Monday January 19, 2009. CEDI will deliver claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Friday January 16, 2009 through 5:00 pm ET on Monday January 19, 2009 to Jurisdictions C and D on Monday, January 20, 2009 with a receipt date of Monday, January 20, 2009. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Monday night will be produced on Monday will be available on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.
